What does Integrative Relational Body Psychotherapist Mean?
'Integrative' refers to there being many different approaches in psychotherapy, each having elements in them which are helpful to the therapy; integrating the different elements of these approaches enables taking the most useful elements of each;
'Relational' is used, as the relationship that occurs between client and therapist is key to the therapy;
'Body' is included to balance the fact that it is an important part of who we are, and many of our emotions and feelings are expressed there.
